I daydream about not being pregnant anymore, moving back to Canada for three months, and most of all, meeting our newborn baby in May!
I love Spring’s warm weather, with no need for heavy winter wraps, and I daydream about taking drives and seeing all the beautiful flowering trees and blooming flowers and capturing the images with my camera.
I daydream about sitting in “my” field of flowers and feeling the warm breeze on my face…… it is coming late this Spring and I am impatiently waiting!
I daydream about opening my windows and doors and smelling the fresh spring air. mmmmm…..
hey jenny! right now I dream about a yard w/ clean grass to play in w/ my girls. although it feels like we missed spring and went straight to hot summer here…. miss you!
Spring:
-Going to the park, laying in the sun on a vintage quilt while my kids happily play around me. Fighting is almost non-existent, because they’re so excited about being outside in the warm weather again, so the peace I experience on the vintage quilt is euphoric. Plus it’s fun to people watch. (slyly, of course)
-watching the tops of bulbs poke their heads through the remains of crusty winter snow
-rainboots and spring jackets
-fresh baby asparagus steamed w/ butter….Mmmmm!
-fresh spring onions snipped on top of potatoes or salad
-the first barefoot steps on green grass, even though it’s really too cold to be barefoot…very sensory, I must say
-all the girly-girl stuff out over Easter…pretty spring dresses and white shoes and sandals with matching hats or purses. Having 1 girl has it’s advantages.
-hearing that first mower crank up in the neighborhood-usually some overly zealous man with OCD tendencies who can’t handle the grass not being the same length. Usually the same man who cuts his grass every 3.5 days…
-making those tedious painted Easter eggs w/ the kids (the ones I hate and they love)
-making Ressurection cookies w/ the kids….they can’t ever get over the wonder of the empty centers.
I THINK I WROTE ENOUGH TO QUALIFY FOR ONE OF THOSE LOTS NOW.

I am dreaming about re-doing our landscaping and what kinds of shrubs, flowering trees, ect to plant/create. I am looking for clear light bulbs to string along our percula (sp?) on our back patio in anticipation for backyard bbq’s and hang-outs. Tulips are one of my favorite flowers and like the airy, beautiful look of them!
OK…so I am a guy, and yeah, I don’t have a whole lot of interest in these prizes being offered, but I thought I’d enter anyway for kicks!
Furthermore, my sister’s birthday is coming up in May, so I could give the stuff to her–so here it goes!
When I think about Spring, I daydream about perfectly comfortable weather and soft, spring breezes blowing in through the window. I think of Easter, Easter eggs, and Easter candy. I think of lush, green grass and blooming flowers. I think of birds. I think I’ll stop thinking of Spring now. I think I might need to ski one more time yet this ski season.

i dream of green grass and pretty flowers. Ok so we are in dry season and everything is brown and ugly. i also dream of not sweating constantly and feeling cool breezes on our faces. We love our little island called Grenada. I really could use some new things esp. considering we are moving back this Aug./Sept.
When I think about sPRING….I dream of always having white tulips on the table.
……OPEN WINDOWS with a really warm breeze coming through and smelling up the house like Heaven

I dream about going to the park and last min. asking someone (like you, elle and laila) to meet us for a picnic.also actually being able to go outside with know stress.letting the kids run and play and giggle in the grass! i dream and dream of spring! ahhhhhh. putting all the winter coats away and bringing out the kids cute flip flops again. i dream about getting really huge and fat and being even closer to meeting our baby.
(and i love love love your give aways but you blow me away as to why you’d want to give them away. there awesome and you just redid them… you have the gift of giving i guess and i’m crossing my fingers i win!!)
that beautiful warmer air, the smell it has. leaving doors hang open to let in sunlight, hearing happy sounds around the neighborhood of other people working and playing outdoors.
I dream about getting my garden planted & planting my flowers!! O and going to yardsales!!
On a gorgeous, sunny Spring day, when I’m cooped up in my office staring at numbers, I get the itch to grab a fishing pole, go pick up my sister at her house, and head up to the moutains to spend the afternoon fishing for trout. It doesn’t get better than that!
I dream about letting my kids play in a yet-to-be-contsructed picket fenced backyard. And my house that will psarkling new next!! spring. yummy.

I dream about planting flower boxes and pots overflowing with geraniums, bacopa , and herbs, working up our raised beds and trying to squeeze as many vegetables and flowers in our raised beds as I can. I dream about feeling a warm spring breeze while sitting on the front porch sipping sweet tea on a Sunday afternoon.
I dream of holding my newborn baby! Can’t wait. Also cant wait to plan flowers, sit at a campfire and eat a roasted hotdog, go camping, and even mow my lawn

When I think of spring ……….I daydream about all kinds of flower beds, additional perrinals I can add, what else i can do to entertain more effeciently. What I can make and add that does not take much money. I just got 2 windows from a friend and I made a hotbed to go with my veggie garden.

i daydream about pretty painted toenails and oh, so cute sandals on my feet while i sit on the patio with a glass of sweet tea and look out at all my little flowers starting to peek their heads up through the ground as if to say, “is it safe to come out now?”

I dream of open windows, cookouts, flip flops, daffodils, and since we moved an have tons of perenials i cant WAIT to see what comes to life around our house, I dream of sitting on the front porch with my hubby and babies sipping sweet tea, NOT bundling up the babies every time we go out…but probly almost above all i dream of flip flops!!!!
I dream of being able to open the windows & letting in the warm spring breeze and sunshine.
Of being able to run without wearing layers.

When I think of Spring – I think about new life , the smell of fresh air and feeling the sun again! I love your creativity and would be happy with any of your “junk”!
I can feel the kiss of the sun on my face, smell the rain, and see those first tulips shooting up their little heads. Then barefoot kids, no more coats and dirt on my fingers!

I dream of walking out the door without bundling up the children. Watching them run around outside in their barefeet. Open windows…soft breezes blowing through. Spending time on our screened in porch. Grilling, campfires, bike rides on the trail. Forsythia, daffodils, tulips, lilac, birds singing, sun kissed cheeks. I could go on and on ……
I dream of fresh air coming in open windows, sitting in the sun with my children who are too young to remember spring last year, so everything is new and exciting, flip-flops, and serving fresh herbs and vegetables as they grow!
I dream of laying in green grass, staring at the sky, listening to the low hum/drone of airplane passing overhead.

Hanging out with friends in the great outdoors, picnics, that sort of thing.
OH I love daydreaming about digging in the garden, and seeing all the flowers/plants blooming. I love to hear the laughter and voices of children playing outside, and best of all…going barefoot!
I’m thinking about rolling my windows down in the car while I drive, the sun upon my back and its not too hot or too cold, flip-flops and less socks in the laundry.
MMMM…can’t wait for the smells of spring…there is something about a world sparkling with new life that just smells so fresh and clean!

Moving into our house – Finally! no coats, socks and shoes to put on the kids. Warm weather and walks in the park.
I think about jumping for an hour on my trampoline. Working in the kitchen with the window opena and hearing all the community lawn mowers going. Wearing flip flops…with a sweater of course!
